Bottom of the Hill…my new fav.

A place I had always heard about, but had never been, was Bottom of the Hill; a very small venue in Potrero Hill that had great bands and cheap tickets/drinks. So, you could imagine how I felt when it occurred to me that I have lived in SF for 2-1/2 years and had never been. I would also like to mention that I live about 5 blocks from Bottom of the Hill. Now you see my point.
I instantly went to their site and began looking for a show. There was something on their calendar that got my attention on Thursday, July 30. A school night, but I would take the chance. This particular night there were 3 bands playing; The Warlocks, The Morning After Girls and Gliss.
The night went the way I expected. I had a great time, the sound quality/acoustics were amazing, and didn’t spend much at all. Check out the calendar below for shows.

Also, they have pretty cool posters archived on their site.
